[Abundant Prizes Giveaway!] Welcome students to fill out the course evaluation survey of 2022 spring semester online!

Description:

1. The aim is to have better understanding of students’ feedback on teachers’ instruction and enhance the communication among teachers and students. The course evaluation survey is open now, and the school is looking forward to receiving students’ feedback.
2. For those who complete the course evaluation survey for each course registered in the 2022 spring semester,
   1. starting from the final exam week(2022/06/20), it’s available for them to check the grades of current semester earlier, once teachers uploaded.
   2. they are able to join the lucky draw activity with prizes like iPad, bonus money and others. The date and method of doing lucky draw activity will be announced later.
3. How to fill out the course evaluation survey:
   1. Duration: 2022/05/23 (Mon.) to 2022/06/25 (Sat.)
   2. Login route: link for the course evaluation system (https://ceq.nkust.edu.tw/Home/StdIndex)

      *Please log in with the account (student ID) and password (the one that is used to enter the school affairs platform). If encountering unsuccessful login, please contact Computer and Network Center in NKUST (ext. 13134).

   3. Please refer to attachment 1 for the user guide of the course evaluation system.
4. Notices

1. As the course evaluation survey gathers anonymous feedback, students can respond without stress.
2.  Please finish filling out each survey at the appointed time and click “finish” to send the response. The status of the course evaluation survey being sent will be presented as “done”, and the applications to cancel or revoke the survey are unacceptable.
3. While the prizes of lucky draws will mainly be objects and bonus money, the organizer keeps the right to replace the original prize with other products with equal value. The prize winners cannot ask for the substitutes or redeem the prize for cash. According to the regulations, prize winners as national students will have to include the amount of bonus money in individual income while foreign students have to pay a specific amount of tax for the bonus money.
4. If the survey contents contain verbal abuses, vulgar words or personal attacks, the contents will be deleted.
